Ingredients
4 oz Chateau del ISH, Sparkling White
1.5 oz Elderflower syrup
1 oz Lime juice
Mint leaves

Garnish
Mint leaves
Lime

Method
Mix all the ingredients and stir in a classic balloon glass.
