Non-alcoholic Cocktail

Ingredients
2 oz RumISH
1.6 oz Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé
2 oz Passionfruit
0.6 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Vanilla syrup
0.6 oz Egg whites

Garnish
Half a passion fruit

Method
Add all ingredients except for the Sparkling Rosé. Shake with ice and strain into coupette glass and top with Sparkling Rosé.
