ISH G&T is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic Gin & Tonic. Based on our ISH London Botanical Spirit and quinine-forward tonic, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic Gin & Tonic experience for the mindful drinker.

FLAVOR NOTES
To create ISH G&T, our non-alcoholic Gin & Tonic, we source our botanicals such as sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe and coriander seeds mainly from Provence, France. They come together with a fresh citrus symphony consisting of lemon, lime, mandarin and bitter orange. Additionally we have developed a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we love from our cocktails.

HOW TO USE
ISH G&T can be enjoyed straight from the chilled can or dressed up in a glass with fresh rosemary, cracked black pepper and dried juniper berries. Want to add a slight buzz? Simply spike your ISH G&T with a dash of full strength Gin. The result is a mindful cocktail significantly lower in alcohol, compared to your traditional G&T.

Water, sugar, carbon dioxide, natural flavouring (includes lemon, orange, juniper, coriander seeds and capsicum extract), stabiliser: glycerol, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring: quinine.

  • Why do some of your products contain traces of alcohol?

    We use all-natural ingredients, and the process of extracting flavors from plants sometimes requires a small amount of alcohol to release its full flavor. This is why some ISH products are labeled with minimal traces of alcohol. In comparison, orange juice and goma dressing contain 0,3%-0,4% alcohol, as do many other everyday products. Therefore it's perfectly safe to consume alcohol-free products labeled with less than 0,5% alcohol - even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Is ISH safe to enjoy while pregnant and breastfeeding?

    All ISH products are perfectly safe to enjoy while pregnant and when breastfeeding. You might be surprised to learn that many everyday food products actually contain trace amounts of alcohol. Orange juice, for example, contains 0,3%-0,4% alcohol. The soy sauce we love to put on sushi? That has alcohol too. Ever eaten a very ripe banana? Then the odds are that you consumed some alcohol. Even bread, once baked, can have residual traces of alcohol. Yet all of these are considered alcohol-free from a regulatory standpoint as the amount of alcohol is so minimal that it has no impact whatsoever.
