ISH London Botanical Spirit is a multi award-winning non-alcoholic Gin. Based on the botanicals found in a classic juniper-forward London dry Gin, we strive to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic Gin experience for the mindful drinker.

FLAVOR NOTES
To create ISH London Botanical Spirit, our non-alcoholic Gin, we source sun-dried juniper berries from Southern Europe, coriander seeds mainly from Provence, France, peppercorn, bitter orange and a unique distillate using the shells from chili seeds to provide the satisfying heat we love. All come together to create the familiar London dry Gin experience without the alcohol.

HOW TO USE
ISH London Botanical Spirit is your go-to non-alcoholic Gin for your alcohol-free G&T’s, because without the G, it’s just a T, and that sounds pretty boring. Simply mix with your favorite tonics, we recommend 1 part ISH London Botanical Spirit with 2 parts tonic. ISH London Botanical Spirit is not intended to be enjoyed neat, but rather to add the Gin element in your alcohol-free Gin cocktails. Or, you can use it in conjunction with other spirits, allowing you to simply reduce the alcohol content of your Gin cocktails.

Our alcohol-free GinISH is made by carefully distilling, steaming and extracting our botanicals to re-create the familiar flavors of a classic gin. To add the warming sensation we know and love from alcohol, we extract the heat molecules from the shells of chili seeds.

JUNIPER BERRIES
Origin: Southwest Asia

Our juniper berries are naturally tart and sharp, with a familiar piney flavor and hints of citrus. You’ll recognize the distinct taste of juniper in our alcohol-free GinISH which is both indulgent and refreshing.

CORIANDER SEEDS
Origin: Provence, France

Our coriander seeds are harvested i Provence France in June and provide a complex aromatic blend of pepper, citrus, and wood notes. The olfactive profile is multifaceted and displays floral, spicy, herbaceous, woody, sweet and fruity notes.


Ingredients
Water. Glycerol. Natural flavouring (Contains Juniperberry, coriander and capsicum extract). Acid: Citric acid. Preservative: Potassium sorbate. Antioxidant: Ascorbic acid.

Ingredients
5 cl GinISH
10 cl Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

Garnish
Dried juniper berries, fresh cracked pepper and fresh rosemary.

NegronISH

LOW-ALCOHOL COCKTAIL

NegronISH: 7% ABV
Traditional Negroni: 23% ABV

Ingredients
3 cl GinISH
3 cl Aperol
3 cl Vermouth

Garnish
Orange peel

Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days with UPS®Ground. Due to COVID-19 you might experience a slight delivery delay.

  • Why do some of your products contain traces of alcohol?

    We use all-natural ingredients, and the process of extracting flavors from plants sometimes requires a small amount of alcohol to release its full flavor. This is why some ISH products are labeled with minimal traces of alcohol. In comparison, orange juice and goma dressing contain 0,3%-0,4% alcohol, as do many other everyday products. Therefore it's perfectly safe to consume alcohol-free products labeled with less than 0,5% alcohol - even if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • Is ISH safe to enjoy while pregnant and breastfeeding?

    All ISH products are perfectly safe to enjoy while pregnant and when breastfeeding. You might be surprised to learn that many everyday food products actually contain trace amounts of alcohol. Orange juice, for example, contains 0,3%-0,4% alcohol. The soy sauce we love to put on sushi? That has alcohol too. Ever eaten a very ripe banana? Then the odds are that you consumed some alcohol. Even bread, once baked, can have residual traces of alcohol. Yet all of these are considered alcohol-free from a regulatory standpoint as the amount of alcohol is so minimal that it has no impact whatsoever.
